About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, to our guests.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring they feel relaxed and at ease.
  • Work closely with our Spa Manager and team to ensure seamless delivery of spa services.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn retail commission.
