We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RMN to join our team as a Mental Health Nurse Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care to patients with mental illness and personality disorder.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide individualised care plans, conduct thorough assessments, and implement effective treatment strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritising dignity, respect, and person-centredness.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements and Benefits:
