Adult Social Care Policy Manager

We are a well-established healthcare provider with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs. At Rehability UK, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Policy Lead to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our care policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the administration, care, and people management functions of our services, including catering, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance. They will also be responsible for maintaining the operations of our services at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider.
The Policy Lead will be responsible for creating and upholding an open, positive, and inclusive management culture. They will formulate and administer the service's budget based on the service's objectives and within the projected revenue. They will also participate in the development of the service's policies and participate in the evaluation of the service against agreed organisational goals, business, and quality objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in policy development and implementation, with experience working with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff, service users, and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a master plan rota to comply with statutory requirements and the satisfaction of ongoing Service User needs, and which meets the financial targets of the service.
- Promote and implement the service's policies and procedures.
- Assess the effectiveness of support and nursing implementation and delivery.
- Encourage health promotion within support strategies.
- Engage in local meetings relevant to the activity of the service.
- Establish relationships with learning institutions to promote availability of staff training at all levels.
Requirements:
- Full driving license.
- Experience working with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.
