Registered Manager Opportunity

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care services.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring high-quality care and support for individuals with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conducting thorough care needs assessments and recruiting new team members.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and supervision to ensure excellent care outcomes.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Oversee the financial management of services, ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness to undertake CQC registration and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
