Care Manager

At Voyage Care Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our services, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and support to our service users.
About the Role:- Develop and implement person-centred support plans to meet the needs of our service users.
- Conduct care needs assessments and recruit and induct new colleagues.
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits, as well as attending multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
- A competitive salary of up to £34,000 depending on experience.
