Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced clinical expert to join our inpatient department, the Dufferin Ward. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our team of experienced and highly-skilled clinical individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and supervise the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the wider department to ensure an efficient and seamless service is provided.
- Provide excellent communication and empathy to our patients and their families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individual patient needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a strong background in orthopaedic care, with experience in a hospital setting.
- Is a registered nurse with the NMC, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- Is a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is proactive and forward-thinking, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
