Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our inpatient department, the Dufferin Ward. As a key member of our team, you will provide on-hand clinical support and expertise to our valued patients, while supporting our registered nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure we remain committed to providing 5-star service.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role based at The Horder Centre, Crowborough. You will be working alongside a wonderful team of nurses, providing clinical support and expertise to our patients. You will also be responsible for supporting our registered nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure we maintain our outstanding rating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing on-hand clinical support and expertise to patients
  • Supporting registered nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Working collaboratively with the team to maintain our outstanding rating
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Providing training and education to staff members

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced clinical expert who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a real motivation to help uphold our outstanding rating. You will also have prior orthopaedic experience and be registered with the NMC.
