Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Healthcare Services Manager to join our team at Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Limited in Leeds. The role offers the chance to utilize your expertise in clinical operations and management to drive quality improvement and patient outcomes.

As Healthcare Services Manager, you will be responsible for planning, financial management, staff development, and quality improvement. You will coordinate multiple disciplines and ensure safe reliable care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in strategic planning and financial management.
  • Maintaining optimum scheduling, utilization, and efficiency practices.
  • Supporting and advising Director of Clinical Ops and Governance with project management and committee participation as needed.
