Pertemps Bond are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Trainee Customer Service Support. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients. You will learn about the engineering and pneumatic tool world, including filing MTS sales paperwork efficiently, training on sales support, and becoming conversant with the operating systems.

You will also be expected to assist with tasks such as raising sales orders, dispatch notes, and invoices on Datafile system, monitoring stock levels, and providing updates on supplier performance. Additionally, you will support the Marketing team with social media updates and become familiar with the company's internal CRM System.

We are looking for a school or colleague leaver with a GCSE standard or equivalent, who is numerate, has a mature outlook, and an enthusiastic personality. Some customer service experience is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will be flexible, practical, and computer literate.
