Job Overview

In this role as a Production Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop in Daventry. You will be responsible for maintaining hydraulic equipment and diagnosing technical problems.

Key Tasks

  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify any issues.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve technical problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve workshop efficiency.

Requirements

  • Hold a strong background in Engineering, Technical or Mechanical fields.
  • Holding a valid driving license is advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

  • A salary range of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience.
  • The company offers a range of benefits including a non-contractual discretionary profit-related bonus scheme and a pension plan.
  • Holidays: 22 + 8 bank holidays annually, increasing by one day each year after 2 years service up to 26 + 8 bank holidays.
