Hull City Council is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our Early Help Team as Family Support Workers.

We are committed to providing early intervention and support to families in need, helping them overcome challenges and build a brighter future. As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in this mission by:

  • Delivering targeted Early Help services to families across the North Hull area.
  • Working primarily with children and young people aged 0-11 years and their families within an integrated Family Hub.
  • Acting as a Lead Practitioner, conducting assessments, and coordinating planned responses to meet family needs in collaboration with other agencies.

Your Expertise Matters:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Experience working with children and families, conducting assessments to identify needs, and collaborating effectively within a multi-agency setting.
  • A relevant Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Social Care, Education, Health, Early Years, Youth, or Community work.
