About the Role

This is a standalone role that requires an HR generalist with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Group HR Manager to deliver a broad spectrum of HR services, providing comprehensive support across the organisation and ensuring consistent and standardised HR processes.

  • Provide HR support to business managers, employees, and the ongoing evolution of HR operations.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Update HR policies to comply with current legislation.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and oversee HR administration duties.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identify and facilitate learning and development opportunities.

Salary: £35,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly

Holiday Entitlement: 23 days + Bank Holidays (rising to 27 days with service) and additional leave for special occasions
