Job Title: Floor Supervisor

COMO Metropolitan London is seeking a skilled Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Room Attendants to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms.
  • Conduct regular room checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Room Attendants.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role in a 4/5* hotel or resort.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
