Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead by Example: Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and excellence within your team, setting the tone for a high-performing environment.
  2. Drive Process Improvement: Analyze and implement changes to maintain quality and productivity standards, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  3. Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams.
  4. Optimize Performance: Analyze shift performance against business objectives, implementing actions to enhance operational excellence and drive results.
  5. Mentor and Develop: Serve as a role model and mentor to new managers, sharing your expertise and experience to foster growth and development within the team.
A Day in the Life
You'll work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on creating a productive and safe environment. Your main responsibilities will include team management, daily operational tasks, process improvement, and contingency planning. As a leader, you'll be expected to model excellent behavior, communicate effectively, and drive results-oriented initiatives.

Requirements
  1. Education: A degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: Relevant experience in people management, communication, and data-driven decision-making.
  3. Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, as well as proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
