Relationship Banker

At Atlantic Union Bank, we're seeking a talented Relationship Banker to join our team. As a key member of our banking operations, you will play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing personalized solutions to meet their financial needs, and driving sales growth through proactive engagement.

• Create loyal customer relationships through needs-based conversations
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
• Educate customers on digital channel technology
• Drive sales conversations through internal and external interactions
• Acquire new customers through prospecting efforts
• Promote branch growth through customer development and retention
• Partner with other lines of business to identify customer needs

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to exercise sound business judgment, and have a flexible approach to adapting to change. Bilingual skills are highly desirable.

• Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in banking or financial services preferred
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Teller experience strongly preferred
• Customer service experience required

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, eligible candidates may participate in an incentive compensation plan or discretionary profit-sharing bonus program.
