Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Global Genetic Toxicology team. This role will focus on strategic direction, client management, and scientific leadership within the department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Scientific Strategies: Initiate, plan, and implement cohesive scientific development programs, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with current regulatory practices.
  • Lead Scientific Team: Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to staff, supporting their professional growth and expertise.
  • Support Client-Facing Staff: Provide advice on complex genetic toxicology issues and lead scientific discussions to achieve sound scientific approaches to testing.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD Degree: Relevant field and experience in genetic toxicology.
  • Client Management Skills: Experience in managing clients and providing technical expertise in genetic toxicology.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Excellent knowledge of GLP, current regulatory practices, and awareness of external profiles in genetic toxicology.
