Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
- Resolve any systems, hardware, and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular backups and oversee security updates and maintenance to ensure the integrity of the company's IT systems.
- Oversee key IT projects from initiation to completion, acting as the primary point of contact with external developers and IT solution providers.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the company's IT systems and processes as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role is essential.
- Strong technical ability and experience in managing and supporting a business's IT infrastructure, including network management, server administration, and system and software configuration.
- A degree in IT or a related field is beneficial, but consideration will be given to those qualified by experience.
