Senior Beverage Specialist - JKS Restaurants
We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Manager to join our team at JKS Restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in managing high-volume bars or restaurants to take on a senior role and further develop their career.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in beverage management, and be well-versed in wines from around the world. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff to achieve excellence in their roles.

This role involves overseeing the beverage offering, developing menus, and driving sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The successful candidate will also work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of menu items.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective beverage strategies to drive sales growth
- Manage the selection and purchasing of beverages, including wine, spirits, and beers
- Oversee the training of staff on beverage knowledge and service standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior beverage manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of wines from around the world and ability to recommend them confidently
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
