**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Activities and Pool Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care.

As an Activities and Pool Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Organising creative and fun activities for the people we support, based on their unique goals and interests.
  2. Fostering community spirit through group activities.
  3. Supporting people to maintain their current and take up new hobbies, interests and educational opportunities.
  4. Assisting people to become more involved in their local community.
  5. Celebrating national awareness days, holidays and individual/collective achievements.
  6. Promoting choice, dignity and independence.

You will be a key member of the team, working closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality activities and experiences for our service users.

We are looking for someone who is
