Job Title: Experienced Homecare Branch Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Care Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care Branch in Burnley, Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and building a strong team around you, ensuring excellent care delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
  2. Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients.
  3. Collaborate with the regional team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and maintain a good rating for the branch.
  5. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, working closely with the regional team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in the Domiciliary Home Care Sector, with a strong track record of managing a successful branch.
  2. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and a commitment to delivering high-quality care services.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with the regional team and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
