**Job Details**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our integrated Manchester Community Mental Health Team, Central Later Life CMHT. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team manager, including performance management, staff development, and standing in for the team manager as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented and dedicated team of professionals, delivering high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our diverse patient population. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the team manager with day-to-day operational management of the team
  • Participate in the service's management team, contributing to overall strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless care and services

**Person Specification**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience of working within Mental Health services
  • Understanding of older adult services
  • Good understanding of team work and effective management

**Estimated Salary:** £38,890 - £44,884 per annum (dependent on experience)
