Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a portfolio of planning projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Prepare and review planning applications, planning statements, and supporting documentation.
* Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and strategic planning initiatives.
* Mentor and guide junior planners, providing support and fostering their professional development.
* Stay abreast of relevant legislation, policy changes, and best practices in the field of town planning.

Requirements:

* Degree or higher in a relevant subject with chartered status with RTPI.
* Proven experience in managing and delivering complex planning projects.
* Strong research, analytical skills, and reporting skills.
* Ability to work as part of and lead a team.
* Highly motivated commercial approach.
