We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Residential Development Sales team as a Saturday Sales Assistant. This is a part-time role that requires a valid UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Undertake call-outs on specific developments and book viewings in the team's diary.
- Update clients and applicants on queries and feedback.
- Develop a good working relationship with other teams in the office on a Saturday.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of the property and new build market.
- Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to use initiative and display a positive approach.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player with flexibility to do additional hours as required.
The South East Development Sales team is a small team based out of the Sevenoaks office, covering the sales and marketing of new build developments across Kent and Sussex for a wide range of clients and property types.
