Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Foundation Stage Educator to support in our Reception Class. The successful applicant will join our friendly, supportive and highly performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to children aged 3-5 years old.
  • Assist with planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Provide individualized support to children with special educational needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 education equivalent (5 GCSEs, grades A*-C) including Maths and English.
  • Full and relevant EYFS qualification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with children and families.
  • Resilience, hard work and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
