Finance Incentives Administrator

**Job Role:** Finance Incentives Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Treasury Assistant to join our team at Onecom Careers, where you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate incentive payments to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and respond to claims within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Verify claims for accuracy and raise/answer queries as necessary.
- Process customer incentive payments in line with organisational guidelines and authority limits.
- Audit and manage refunds and adjustments efficiently.
**Requirements:**
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
- Good understanding of double-entry accounting.
- Previous experience in sales ledger or cash office roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
