**Job Role:** Finance Incentives Administrator

 

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Assistant to join our team at Onecom Careers, where you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate incentive payments to our customers.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor and respond to claims within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Verify claims for accuracy and raise/answer queries as necessary.
  • Process customer incentive payments in line with organisational guidelines and authority limits.
  • Audit and manage refunds and adjustments efficiently.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
  • Good understanding of double-entry accounting.
  • Previous experience in sales ledger or cash office roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
