Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our Central Services team in Fareham.

About the Role

As a Financial Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with financial administration, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Provide clerical support to the finance team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Work closely with the finance team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Requirements

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
