As a key member of our kitchen leadership team, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Night Operations Manager to lead the entire night shift operations in one of our kitchens.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality meals and contributing to the development and delivery of plans to achieve Britain's Best Kitchen.

This role requires someone who is able to work closely with the Head Chef, Production Manager, Technical Lead, Site planner, and the Lead Engineer to develop and deliver Continuous Improvement activities within the kitchen.

We are looking for someone who can drive site Health and Safety improvement plans, deliver the expected GMP scores by working closely with all kitchen areas, and ensure fully trained and competent teams.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting Ops Academy activities and attendees, as well as being constantly visible in the kitchen and role modeling COOK values.

Estimated salary: £38,500 - £42,500 per annum.
