Job Overview
The Richmond Response and Rehabilitation Team has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned nurse or allied health professional to join our team as a Lead. As a key member of our management structure, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational management and support across our complex integrated service.

In this role, you will demonstrate strong clinical leadership and deliver service improvements for patients and staff. Your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including those in the acute-community interface, will be essential. You will also ensure the delivery of high-quality services, maintaining a high standard of communication and organisational skills.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree qualification or equivalent level of study/work experience
• Current registration as a registered nurse or AHP
• Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating staff
