Care Manager for Residential Learning Disability Home

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to lead our residential care home for individuals with learning disabilities in East Markham. This role is ideal for someone with a background in supporting people with learning disabilities and experience managing a care home.
As the Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the care home, ensuring all records and personal files are up-to-date. You will also positively contribute to the development of an efficient care team, access and organise social and recreational events, and conduct annual personal development reviews and supervisions.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in managing a residential care home and working with people with learning disabilities. They should possess an NVQ level 5 in leadership and care or be working towards it, have a good knowledge of CQC procedures, and hold a full driving licence.
