About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Carnival Corporation and plc. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Senior Advisors responsible for inventory management and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage department workloads and review priorities to ensure the team takes ownership of their product and berthing to align the guest and ship journey.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Managers, Revenue Analysts, and Senior Leadership teams across both P&O Cruises and Cunard to optimize revenue and inventory.
  • Lead a team to deliver processes on time and in a consistent manner, ensuring exceptional guest journey.
  • Manage forums for the review of performance, inventory, berthing, and cost reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven background and/or experience in revenue and inventory management.
  • Positive approach with the ability to adapt to different needs and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, able to motivate and lead teams.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
