Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roving Chef to join our team at JW Lees. As a Roving Chef, you will be responsible for providing culinary expertise and support to our pub kitchen teams across the Greater Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support pub kitchen teams in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen teams to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and productive kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
