About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Avendra International. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional levels of support to our Account Managers and key stakeholders, ensuring that reports and projects are understood, delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily and ad hoc purchasing analysis and reports to Account Managers & key stakeholders.
  • Contribute towards cost savings, add value and support with ongoing contract performance.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager and where appropriate support clients.
  • Create new supplier accounts on the database & set up new client accounts when required.
Requirements
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Analysing and interpreting complex data using Excel to a high level.
