About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Building Regulations Specialist to join our team in Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of current Building Regulations and Warranty provider standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and Warranty provider standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing excellent time management skills to ensure efficient working practices.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of building regulations and ability to read construction drawings.
  • Experience with social housing organisations, consultancies, or building contractors/housebuilders is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £44-49k per annum, plus a range of benefits including a company car and business mileage paid, 25 days holiday, early finish Fridays, and remote working opportunities.
