Building Control Specialist

A seasoned Building Control Specialist is required to join our team at CV-Library in Luton, Bedfordshire. As a key member of our regulatory compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that various construction projects adhere to building regulations.
About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in building control to oversee the inspection and review process of construction sites and buildings.
- You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to provide expert advice and guidance on building control matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting construction sites and buildings to ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Reviewing plans and documents to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on building control matters.
