About the Role

GamCare is seeking an experienced Education and Training Lead to join their team and lead the delivery of their Young People's Gambling Harm Prevention Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and delivering activity for the BigDeal Programme in their allocated region, engaging key stakeholders, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the ongoing improvement and success of the programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional colleagues to develop new and maintain existing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a frontline ambassador for GamCare, upholding their values and championing the organisation's work.
  • Utilise skills and experience in public speaking, presenting, and facilitating to deliver interactive and engaging sessions to young people, professionals, and parents/carers.
  • Ensure the relevant monitoring and evaluation forms are provided.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the youth programme, their partner networks, and across GamCare.
  • Share best practice and build a positive team environment, ensuring stakeholders have a memorable experience, and that they deliver the best possible programme.

About You

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and delivering activity for the BigDeal Programme in their allocated region, engaging key stakeholders, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the ongoing improvement and success of the programme. They will have demonstrable experience of championing, promoting, and marketing the work of a programme or service, and will actively seek out opportunities in their region, maintain relationships with stakeholders through accurate and timely record keeping, and identify and secure future opportunities for programme delivery.
