The Role

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to lead our UK CREWS team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing building operations and maintenance, security, dining services, office services, and health and safety compliance.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee our UK sites and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors and property management liaisons.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain sites, including building and capital expenditure projects
  2. Ensure a safe work environment for the CREWS team and employees
  3. Deliver an exceptional employee experience while managing cost and vendor strategies
  4. Oversee the management of outsource relationships with vendors for dining services, housekeeping, and security
  5. Maintain relationships with property management liaisons and plan and communicate major building services/projects
  6. Lead, develop, and motivate the CREWS teams, communicate performance goals and priorities
  7. Ensure financial budgets are leveraged and forecasting tools are used
  8. Maintain statutory records, certificates, and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion

Requirements

  1. Demonstrate customer service, focus on safety, responsiveness, verbal and written communications
  2. Develop a working knowledge of all areas of the organisation and the ability to develop a clear understanding of our important functional processes and resources
  3. Experience working in a matrixed organisation
  4. Develop teams of employees and strategic outsource vendors
  5. Accomplished in leading change within dynamic work environments
  6. Experience leading building operations and services
  7. Build strategies aligned to business and site projects
