Therapeutic Social Services Professional

As a Therapeutic Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people around harmful sexual behavior (HSB). Your key responsibilities will include delivering direct work interventions, developing service pathways, and contributing to the learning and development of the team.
You will have a small caseload of children and young people, and may be required to attend Youth Court as a subject matter specialist to provide advice to the Court. We offer full training for those making the transition from Social Work into Youth Justice.
To succeed in this role, you will need significant knowledge and experience of working with children and young people around HSB, particularly the application of the AIM3 framework. You must also hold a Social Work degree or equivalent, be registered with Social Work England, and have a valid driving license. A competitive salary range of £38,700-£41,373 per annum, pro-rata for part-time, plus market premia, awaits the successful candidate.
