About PSPA

PSPA is the UK's leading charity supporting individuals with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD).

The Key Responsibilities

As a Care Navigator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential information and support to individuals affected by PSP and CBD via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Raising awareness of PSP and CBD within health and social care across Scotland through briefings, education sessions, and attending neurology clinics.
  • Maintaining accurate records to identify opportunities for improving care and services.

Our ideal candidate will have experience delivering helpline and/or information and support services, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the needs of individuals affected by PSP and CBD.
