About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Helpline Care Navigator to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by PSP and CBD, raising awareness of these conditions, and improving care and services for families.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver helpline and information services to individuals affected by PSP and CBD
  2. Engage with diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and individuals living with PSP and CBD
  3. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective care strategies

We offer a competitive salary package including £33,500 - £36,000 per annum, based on a 28-hour working week, making it an excellent opportunity for those passionate about care advocacy.
