Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out the firm's compliance with all regulatory requirements, complaints, claims, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Client and Matter Inception team to resolve client due diligence, conflict and other risk escalations and liaise with partners, fee earners, and staff members firm-wide.
  • Use trusted sources of information in connection with the review of new business, including on client due diligence and risk assessment, and identifying and facilitating resolution of conflicts of interest and confidential information issues.
  • Work as a member of the Risk and Compliance Team and collaborate with the Client and Matter Inception Team.
  • Resolve escalated conflicts issues and conduct and review AML (client due diligence) risk reports, identifying any issues and escalating these where appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year previous experience of working as a CDD, risk and conflicts analyst.
  • Strong organisational skills and a willingness to participate as part of a multitasking team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to act positively, creatively, and intuitively when presented with challenges.
  • High volume of work and ability to take responsibility for completing tasks, work diligently, and be able to prioritise work.
