The role of Practice Development and Education Lead is a pivotal position within the Wales Medicines Strategy Group, focusing on ensuring alignment of practice development, education, and training activities across various departments.

As a registered nurse with a first degree in nursing, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to staff, particularly those pursuing post-graduate studies and research. Your duties will include working as a supernumerary, collaborating with the Nursing Education Team, and developing education activities.

This leadership position requires a strong understanding of clinical practice and significant experience in critical care, including band 6 level experience. You should be able to effectively communicate complex ideas and possess analytical skills to critique aggregate information.

A salary range of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum reflects the high expectations placed on this role, and your passion for education as a tool to improve quality of care and professional practice will be essential in achieving these goals.
