Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer - Apprentice to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site in Banbury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct fault diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment.
- Ability to PLC fault find and modify is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
