FMCG Business Development Specialist

As a National Account Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this vision by driving growth and profitability in the Grocery channel.
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager with a strong background in retail, preferably within Co-op and Own Label. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of brands and products, driving sustainable growth through effective project management, P&L management, and category-based selling.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ideal candidate has experience working within Grocery retail and/or Co-op and Own Label.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to travel frequently across the UK for customer and Head Office meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including option to buy more holiday, death in service, and cycle to work scheme.
