Salary: Up to £49,100 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing expert care to individuals with complex needs. You will have the chance to develop and implement tailored communication and dysphagia therapy programmes, ensuring holistic, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.
  • Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in managing dysphagia.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing a diverse caseload.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and relevant assessment tools.
