Marc Daniels is looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Part Time Financial Assistant to manage the Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable division. As a critical component of our finance team, you will be responsible for various tasks including generating invoices and statements, providing credit control, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Sales Ledger, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments
  • Collaborate with the UK Finance Manager to ensure seamless credit control processes
  • Monitor and update EU Bank and additional bank information daily
  • Prepare and distribute monthly Sales Ledger statements to customers
  • Process customer payments and reconcile bank accounts
  • Coordinate weekly/monthly supplier payment runs

A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be proficient in using Sage 200 software.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000, depending on experience.
