Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Farm Worker and Instructor. This is a unique opportunity to combine your practical skills and knowledge with a passion for education and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver instruction in practical agricultural and farm skills to learners on the Sparsholt college campus.
  • Undertake farm duties and assist other farm colleagues as assigned by the Farm Manager.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support the growth and development of young people in the agricultural industry.
  • Work collaboratively with the Farm Manager and other team members to achieve the goals and objectives of the farm.
Requirements
  • Practical experience and knowledge gained from working within the agricultural industry.
  • A keen interest in supporting and developing young people.
  • Ability to attain a Level 3 Award in Education & Training qualification (delivered in-house) and undertake an in-house development program to provide the necessary skills and competencies to deliver instruction sessions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
