Agricultural Instructor and Farm Worker

Job Summary:
This role combines farm work with teaching and training. As a Farm Labourer and Agricultural Instructor, you will be responsible for undertaking farm duties and assisting other farm colleagues, as assigned by the Farm Manager. You will also instruct learners in practical agricultural and farm skills, delivering training sessions in areas such as farm machinery, tractor driving, and livestock care.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of learners.
- Assist in the maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
- Practical experience and knowledge gained from working within the Agricultural industry.
- A keen interest in supporting and developing young people.
- Ability to attain a Level 3 Award in Education & Training qualification (delivered in-house).
- Willingness to undertake an in-house development program to provide the necessary skills and competencies to deliver instruction sessions.
