Orchid Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Director to join our team at our luxury nursing home in Norwich. As a Care Home Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the home and providing the highest quality of care to our elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote clinical and administrative arrangements, training, and care planning within the home.
- Organize and motivate carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered.
- Ensure the Care Quality Commission (CQC) National Minimum Standards regulations are met to secure the needs, welfare, and social inclusion of residents.
- Ensure the overall smooth, efficient, and effective running of the care home at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN - RGN, RMN desirable but not essential.
- Passion for elderly care.
