We are searching for a highly skilled London Valuations Expert to join our team at Warner Scott Recruitment. As a Valuations Expert, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in valuations and support a wide range of clients globally.

About the Role

As a Valuations Expert, you will be responsible for advising clients on valuation matters, managing projects, and delivering high-quality reports tailored to their needs.

You will have the opportunity to work with different clients across various industries, utilizing your skills in financial modeling, Excel, and quantitative analysis. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Act as project manager for engagements, including day-to-day client contact and drafting effective storyboards.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of deliverables, clearly linking findings to the valuation model and explaining key drivers in the report.
  • Direct the management and coaching of the team during projects, ensuring appropriate objectives are agreed.
  • Deliver comprehensive written reports tailored to the client's specific needs and requirements.
  • Build and review financial and valuation models of various complexity levels.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in valuations, ideally gained in a professional services commercial valuations environment.
  • An understanding of valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow and capitalised earnings methods.
  • Excellent quantitative and Excel/modeling skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations and analysis.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining lasting internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrable ability to deliver high-quality work.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
