We are seeking a talented leader to join our Electronics Engineering organisation as a 12-month fixed-term contract in Bristol or Stevenage.

About the Role

As a Technical Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for reinforcing technical excellence through robust design activity and supporting the recruitment process to meet our workload and skills needs.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Support the recruitment process to meet our workload and skills needs.
  3. Lead and drive collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery.
  4. Deliver high-quality development and performance evaluations to maximise the potential of our people.
